Order Cancellation

You can cancel products or orders that haven’t entered the picking process in our warehouse yet, and You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your decision by:

No stocking fee will incur and store credit is issued.

Conditions for Returns

A 15% restocking fee is applied for any returned products, and only store credit is issued.

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products were released in the last 30 days, and must be shipped back or postmarked prior to the expiration of the 30-day window.
  • The products are in the original packaging (Un-assembled) in resellable condition.
  • The products were not used or damaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase along with the Merchandise Return Form.
  • We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • The supply of products made to Your specifications and/or clearly personalized, altered, assembled, modified.
  • Products on sale, discount or promotion.
  • Special ordered products.
  • The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable shipping process. We do not accept a return without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
