Luban Cabinetry cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO. All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each order. Products of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Products will be sent via our own company truck, UPS, FedEx or Freight Carriers, and destinations must be tractor trailer accessible. Someone must be present to inspect, document, photograph and accept truck deliveries in case of claim. Standard truck delivery is directed to a dock facility that is designed to receive freight/shipment. Residential and construction site deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge and must be notified prior.

Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and export orders. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Products backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss will pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier. Luban only responsible for shipments that are arranged by Luban, and will file claim with the Luban’s carrier accordingly.

Collect Shipments

Luban cabinetry will gladly ship via your specified carrier; however, we will not ship with certain carriers due to poor experience. Please note that for freight collect shipments you are responsible for order tracking once freight is loaded onto truck. In addition, we cannot assist you with filing damage claims with your carrier.

Loss and Damage Claim

No claims considered unless made within 5 days after receipt of products. Before signing for the shipment, please inspect, document, photograph and record any damage or missing items on the Bill of Lading (BOL), Delivery Receipt or Packing Slip to the truck driver.
